DESCRIPTION:\nThe San Antonio River Foundation is excited to announce a unique opportunity for artists in the San Antonio River community!\nIn partnership with Canoe Trail Goliad, Main Street Goliad, and the San Antonio River Authority, the San Antonio River Foundation is seeking a talented artist to paint a river-themed cow sculpture to be displayed at Branch River Park in Goliad, Texas.
