Confluence Park is open daily from sunrise to 11pm.
There are 35 parking spaces on site, including 2 disabled parking spaces. Additional nearby, free, public parking options are available and can be found on our maps.
Confluence Park has a multitude of features designed to inspire visitors to become stewards of our environment. A one hour, self-guided tour will delight, entertain and give context to this amazing park.
To keep our park beautiful for our community and future generations, we suggest a $20 donation for each day of portrait photography which can be donated on the San Antonio River Foundation’s website. More information on commercial photography can be found in our Policy and Procedures document.
Policy and Procedures
Confluence Park is a valuable community space, privately managed by the San Antonio River Foundation. Because it is privately managed, rules and regulations sometimes differ from city, county and federal parks. A full copy of Confluence Park’s Policy and Procedures are provided online. We also welcome you to contact the San Antonio River Foundation at email@example.com.
The Mission Reach
The Mission Reach Ecosystem Restoration and Recreation Project has transformed an 8 mile stretch of the San Antonio River into a quality riparian woodland ecosystem. This unique project restored riverine features and riparian woodlands, reintroduced native plants, enhanced aquatic habitat and reconnected cultural and historical features. Confluence Park is a gateway to the hike, bike and paddling trail, which begins near the Blue Star Arts Complex and ends near Mission Espada. More information and recreational maps can be found at www.sara-tx.org.
