Holiday Concert & Caroling at Confluence Park – Make Music Day Winter
MAKE MUSIC WINTER AT CONFLUENCE PARK 🎶
December 21, 2025 | 1–3 PM | Free • All Ages Welcome
Feliz Navidad and a Happy New Year Friends, it’s time to get merry as a jingle bell! Make Music Day is all about folks of all ages, abilities, and skill levels making music together. And let me tell you—just listening to music can calm the nerves, but singing with your neighbors? Ay caramba, that’s one of the best ways to soothe the ol’ nervous system and feel that sense of belonging.
And unless we sing in a choir, a band, or at church each week, most of us don’t get to enjoy the healing magic of raising our voices together. So the San Antonio River Foundation is fixin’ to change that—right here along our beloved river.
🎺 1–2 PM – SA JAZZ ENSEMBLE HOLIDAY CONCERT
Start up your holiday spirit with the SA Jazz Ensemble as they fill Confluence Park with warm, joyful tunes. Bring a blanket, bring a friend—just don’t forget your holiday spirit.
🎄 2–3 PM – COMMUNITY CAROLING WITH GUITARIST TERRY HANKINS
Now here’s where y’all come in! Join us for an hour of caroling for everyone—sí, everyone. No experience needed, just your voice and a smile. SARF’s very own Pamela Martinez will lead us in caroling with help from guitarist Terry Hankins. We’ll have a few song sheets on hand, but bring a device to peek at lyrics just in case. I’ll bring some tambourines for those of you who really like to get a little rowdy!
Singing together builds community, eases stress, and reminds us we’re all part of this beautiful flow along the San Antonio River. So come join the current.
✨ FREE EVENT | FAMILY-FRIENDLY | OPEN TO ALL
Let’s make music, make memories, and make the season bright—together. Bring a travel mug for some hot cocoa, a chair or blanket if you need one. See you there.
